My Approach
As a psychotherapist, I am dedicated to creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. My empathetic, person-centered approach has empowered numerous individuals to effectively address and overcome a diverse array of clinical issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, behavioral challenges, life transitions, relationship difficulties, stress, self-esteem concerns, and family conflict.
I employ an eclectic therapeutic approach, integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and psychoeducation to tailor my interventions to each client's unique needs throughout their therapeutic journey. I consider the therapeutic relationship to be a fundamental strength in the counseling process, and therefore, I place a high priority on building rapport and establishing trust with clients. This foundation enables clients to engage fully in their treatment, work towards achieving their goals, and restore their overall functioning and well-being.
